Peak winds today will be between 15:00 and 16:00.
The biggest crosswinds will come from holes 6 and 10. Both of which are two of the hardest holds on the course
Somebody teeing off from hole one at 13:45 will reach hole 6 during the peak winds. If they teed off at 12:45, they'll hit hole 10 during that period.
Because they've got a split start, obviously some players will be teeing off on hole 10. If they are they need to tee off at 11:30 to reach hole 6 at the time when they would get peak disruption.

Used to do similar Euler, nothing to do with trading though.
We'd check was there storms or hurricanes across the US and play Tiger Woods on the Playstation at the nearest location because it was synchronised with The Weather Channel so we'd be teeing off in 60mph winds or so, ah it was great fun back in the day!
