Backing a horse in play

Hi ,

If i want to back a horse in play that backs a horse at say 2.5 - how can i set it up so that if it hits 2.5 in play it will say fill the remaining bet at 2.48?

Easiest way is to use 'Offset bet with Greening'

Enabling fill/kill will prevent to offset bet being placed until the opening back bet is matched

The bet is unmatched at 1.8 in the in-play market

Sorry I said back above but meant lay but guess same idea.

If I lay at say 1.8 pre in play (sitting there unmatched in play) - I want to try get as much matched at c1.8 when it hits this price.

Yes, but you'll probably need a longer fill/kill time than 3secs, if you want the bet to remain intil matched just enter something like 99999

Yes, it is, an offset bet is a bet placed on the opposite side of the book than your opening bet

That's a totally different thing and nothing like what you've asked for

If you want to lay a horse in play then place an back bet 'X' ticks away once matched, then you need to use
Offset bet with greening
with
fill/kill enabled
