Morning
Theres an issue with my BA this morning. When I try the support page it informs me web server is down. Also down when I try to access forum through the software. Photo attached
Also attached video of my over active guardian list(apologies for subjecting you yo my kids story tape!)
OK, so I cant attach a video as file is too large! The problem is...the event list in my guardian(todays and tomorrows horse racing) will not stay still. It seems to be constantly scrolling. Ive tried re opening BA deleting list, adding again and its the same issue
Support help please

I think it's likely that these are two separate issues. I had the server down error yesterday but is fixed today since restarting.Hastiegringo wrote: ↑Sun Jun 21, 2026 9:27 amMorning

Is it possible that you have your Guardian screen sorted by a column that is constantly changing, such as "last update" column?

Was nothing Id changed, was working fine yesterday
However, closed it down...had a game of pickleball and fish and chips on the beach...and that seems to have fixed it!

I've seen a few of these errors myself over the last couple of days, and we've had a few reported, but the website is fine, so we're not completely sure what's causing it. However, we've done a bit of housekeeping to see if that solves the issue.
