The Ability to Fire and Monitor Many Bets in Quick Succession

Is there a technique in which you can fire in many bets in quick succession without Guardian falling behind in monitoring matched bets etc. I have one rule where I submit tick offset bets and only continue to do so when the unmatched bet count is zero but if my rule fires bets at a rapid rate then the check process can't seem to keep up. I know that it's all to do with timing and delays etc but surely there's a way to be able to fire in 2 or 3 tick offset bets per second without it getting it's knickers in a twist? Any advice or pointers would be greatly appreciated :D
