I'm not sure it is new actually...
Law 12.
Abusive Language: Using offensive, insulting, or abusive language and/or gestures.....

"ungentlemanly conduct" typically results in a yellow card unless it escalates to violence or extreme abuse.

So you'd expect a yellow (or a 2nd yellow) but I suppose it's the subjective interpretation of 'extreme abuse'. Sets a good example though. Whatever it was he clearly knew he shouldn't be doing it rather than it being a heat of the moment thing.

Added to my England position (B2L). Another recent drift makes it worthwhile.

Ronaldo's squad-mates are delighted for him.

And all laughing, joking, and smiles at the end. I hate that.

Must’ve missed something but don’t know how Konsa didn’t get a red card and give a penalty away late on. Ghana were dreadful too.

We've expected England to get at least one goal from that.

The thing I don't understand is why they play all this tippy-tappy football when teams are parking the bus? All you need to do is just throw everything at them: just shoot from distance, follow up on the rebound and stuff like that. Yet these teams just appear to think that they can pass their way around a brick wall.

England were lucky not to concede a penalty.
