How to store age as value rather than text?

Sorry for spamming this fourm lately.

I have yet another question.
I know I can store Age of the selection under Store a value as text, which I stored as "Age"

Let say I dont wanna bet on any selection aged 3-5, I have a condition using
"Age" for current selection does not contain any of the 1 items, text items 3 or 4 or 5

but it doesn't work, it works when I do "Group:one or more true, "Age" for current selection exactly matches on of the 1 items, text items 3, "Age" for current selection exactly matches on of the 1 items, text items 4 etc"
This seems too complicated

is there a way I can store as value rather than text?

Depends on the data. I'm not sure why the 'age' value is only available as a text value in the first place.
