literally disappeared lol. didn't show up in account statement or transfers either, just missing completely.
my P&L for last 24hrs is +19k and there's less than that in the account rn across all wallets, which puts me at ease somewhat, as no withdrawals etc. have been made it does act as some form of evidence that money is missing.
i'll update the situation in this thread as it may help others in the future.
Timeline:
25/07/2026 22:07 AEST transfer made + cash disappeared (left poker wallet but never arrived in main wallet)
+15 mins: bf confirm transaction exists their end via employee (thank f00k, cus it didn't show my end)
+18 mins issue escalatedAs the transfer did not complete correctly, it does not have a standard transaction ID in the same way that a successful transfer would. That said, we are still able to see the activity on our side through the internal system, so the transfer has been identifie
+30 mins: received the following response:
