Is there a way i can build a rule to operate in Guardian that will stop any entry of any bets manual (mouse Click) or automation before 5 mins of market to go in play.

You could set the market to swap between one-click and ladder screens 5 mins out as a prompt to you that there is 5 mins remaining.

Or you could set your one-click screen to be filled with only servant commands and set those servants to only trigger >5 mins out.
