When is ManCity going to be sorted? All these punishments are being handed out to other clubs but still ManCity are bailed. If they broke the rules then they broke the rules and judgement should be made. The perpetrator does not get to negotiate their punishment, they are given it. And if they 'cheated' then they should forfeit their trophies otherwise the FA are saying you can keep whatever you win while cheating. So cheating does pay.
