Issue with charting on new laptop

Hi

I have recently purchased a new laptop and have configured Bet Angel the same as my old laptop. However I cannot get the charting at the foot of the ladders to show correctly even though the settings are identical to my old laptop set up. I just want a basic price chart showing the recent price fluctuations for each horse but I get 3 additional coloured lines underneath which are compressing the charts that I want to show so that it is unreadable even though the template being used just shows Best Price. The lines are green, blue & red and the red line appears to have some minimal fluctuation on it but as they are compressed they just appear as lines. I have attached a screen shot for info.

Can anyone help me to get rid of the 3 coloured lines so that I just have a Best Price chart showing uncompressed under each ladder as per my old set up?

Maybe post up the chart settings that you've got for that particular chart?

I don't specifically know what those three lines are, it could be anything.

I would delete BA and redownload, if the same happens check your Antivirus VPN protector etc, these tend to mess with features, mine on new Laptop was making the software open up slow and run Slow, i changed my Anti Virus and took off some other programs i didnt need or didnt use anymore.
