Automated betting - market selection

Hi

I'm very new to BA and going through the guide, apologies if this is covered somewhere that I haven't yet found

I wanted to be able to place bets on a list of selection that I can supply in a text/csv file which I have seen can be done, but I wasn't sure about how the markets get added, I have used another software product in the past where I was able to put a list of markets in a file (horses/dogs/football) and they would be added to its 'monitor' list and would also reload that txt file every so often to add markets

So ideally, would like to be able to add markets and selection names to a txt/csv file throughout the day and then for BA to load them every X minutes for triggered betting (while I'm out at work and wont have access to the software), but I'm trying to understand if markets can be added dynamically (to guardian?) that way
