Green up / Cash out

I have very recently purchased Bet Angel Professional to hopefully use the automation. Can some explain what I'm doing wrong as the figures on the "Green up" function are way different to the "Cash out" via the Betfair site. I don't know how to upload photos, or even if I'm allowed to?

If the BA Green Up figures are always greater than the Betfair cash-out figures, do you have the BA display settings set to "Display profit values net of commission" ?

Other than that I can't help as I never use or have the Betfair Cash-out option displayed.
