I’d be interested to know amongst successful manual in-play traders on the horses, what your preferred interface is, Ladder or Grid?

I appreciate it can depend on the strategy etc. I’ve always preferred the ladder, I enjoy the noise in the market and getting matched at the exact price you click or not at all. But I’m definitely starting to feel the strain on my eyes these days, with prices darting all over the place. Considering converting to the grid and a less stressful approach with just one quality entry. Just curious how others approach it.

I'm a one-click screen kind of guy.

I think it depends on how gappy the market is.

In today's environment, I use ladders.
