PokerStars has today announced a major restructuring that sees two famous brands join forces. From August 13, PokerStars will become part of the Betfair platform and be known as PokerStars on Betfair, the first move under the new poker model that will change how PokerStars' United Kingdom-based customers access their online poker accounts.

Sounds like they are consolidating the brand. Seems like Poker isn't what it used to be.

Where to hold the 'spare reserves' now that the Poker Wallet is set to be eradicated?

I used to keep some in there for my drawdown allowing me to navigate the pain of RG interventions for deposits.

Anyone use the Exchange Games Wallet for this?

Shame they are so anti-bot. I used to do very well botting Poker, Pokerstars being one of the sites. They confiscated a few bank rolls off me when detected

I think I learned about the Poker Wallet trick from yourself many year ago.

Seems though the Exchange Games Wallet works just as well.

When I saw James reporting his problems with the poker wallet, I figured something was up and on the horizon, so I switched to using the exchange games wallet from that point onwards.

My poker wallet automatically got transferred to my main wallet this afternoon, so i presume everyone else was done as well...

.. so i transfer a big chunk to my Exchange wallet, and a couple of hours later i've now got an email telling me that i've staked 'a big chunk' and may need help, and here's the usual tools etc ? I hope this isn't going to happen every time i transfer to and fro, and my main wallet balance goes down. Never had any problems like this with the poker wallet, just hope it's a teething issue.
