Assuming the Average odds were 2.88 (approx based on the odds of those losers) something on these lines....

But you know you may be only one bet away from breaking even! ;)

I've been doing some interesting work with historical TPD sectional and stride data. I put this multi-strategy code live on a certain day. Then got my code to go back and return the daily results it would have had for August so far (all previously unseen data)

Any guesses as to which day I put it live :D

Not the sort of money you normally expect to find available on a horse half a length up 10 yards out.

Unfortunately I was just too slow to grab any of the triple digit prices.

The odds dropped from 10.5 to 1.1 at least 3 secs from the finish - that's about 50 metres 🤔
( At typical racing speeds, a horse covers roughly 16–17 metres per second )

19/08/2026 18:53:16: Move It On Over: BPLo = 10.5
19/08/2026 18:53:16: Move It On Over: BPLo = 1.1
19/08/2026 18:53:19: Move It On Over: BP = 1.08
19/08/2026 18:53:19: Move It On Over: LP = 1.01

Also, not the sort of 'odds' you normally find on a horse leading 2 out, 5th at the last, finished 7th

TPD comes into it's own when a horse runs way off in front.

Agree, I've earmarked the race to review later.

Did something very bizarre happen on Kimeko Glory at Salisbury?; 17.27

Huge money spoofing the price upwards on the layside??

Then it won

....or was it my connection?

Pre off.

Someone was spoofing near the range floor and looked in trouble on the lay side.

Looks like the 2 minute reset tried to send the price downward, but the layer kept laying and laying, then launched the price from 5s to 9s in seconds. Looked like about 30k on the lay side forcing/following the price up, spread between 5.3 and 8s. This all in a market with 57k matches at the time
