VPS v Super VPS

Hi
A question for support or anyone else technical...

I currently use the 512mb VPS and notice that it is running about 80% utilisation on the memory (only 60% ish for CPU)...
Would i see any significant improvement if I were to upgrade to the 1024mb version??
