I must have changed Ballarat off race times on 4 occasions this morning...in the end they've just abandoned the meeting

Almost as bad as an outage for people - is it just one guy/lass sat on his own in Bulgaria switching markets to in-play? Surely you'd have thought someone would've given them a nudge.

I can't quite understand why they don't use Total Performance data to start the race. I guess that creates another dependency, but it could be done pretty automatically with a person as a backup to look for anything unusual.
