Hi all,

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

I've managed to get a few triggers working successfully, but I'm looking for an easier way to adjust certain values.

For example, if I want to change the Lay Amount by Book % or any other value, I currently have to open the trigger in the Rules Editor and make the change there.

I understand there may be a way to link these values to custom columns so they can be edited directly, without having to open the Rules Editor each time.

Could someone explain how to set this up, or point me in the right direction?

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Michael

I really struggle with betangels automation/servant ui and building out rules, however id guess there are many (quietly) now using generative ai tools to build the baf files and custom screens, or using the betangel api directly to build out these kind of things now. It took me a couple of hours work to build out my 'betangel builder' - I used VS Code on the machine where betangel is installed, the Codex ai extension and it built out a complete knowledge base. It essentially 'one shots' exactly what I want built out - whether thats an automation rule or a custom dashboard using the API with full betting controls and can install any custom baf files directly onto betangel.

I find Stored Values and Signals a bit hard but i have built some great Servants to operate my Strategies. I would say just watch Peters Videos on Servants, he has one on Stored Vales but i kind of get it, (Its on Tennis) but would love a Horse Racing one would be good. Dallas also does great Tutorials but i have understood most but am a visual learner.

Am sure you will find what your looking for. i feel when you ask AI something about Bet Angel it goes over the top   Confuses you more think Peter and Dallas are the better AI
