Yes, it is, he's the 'special one', isn't he?

Curiously he doesn't trade the nags, but if you think about it, a great trader as him would earn more in other sports, imho.

Amazing returns, but nobody makes 15k from under/over 3.5 markets without taking some kind of gamble initially, those profits just aren't available pre-event.

IMO, he's a professional gambler, who will sometimes green up when he's happy with his return. I don't classify activity like his, as being an actual BF trader. OK, he probably uses trading software like BA, but that's just for the ease of watching a number of markets simultaneously and getting bets on quicker

I'm sorry Darren, but you are wrong. He layed the under @1.01, when Hugo Almeida scored the 4th in the last minute!

That's still a gamble though isn't it. To win £15k means he must have offered a large amount of money initially. Even at 1.01, £15k in stakes is £150 liability. He's not predicting a goal, or a price movement, he just thinks there's still a good chance of a goal and 1.01 is worth laying

I've said this on other threads, the difference between a gamble and a trade is quite often a very grey area

I'm sorry Darren, I was in a rush to trade out and wasn't able to write a proper answer.

I'm sorry again because he didn't lay at 1.01, he layed at several diffenrent prices and also backed, so he effectively traded.

That said, I have to agree with you, the difference between gambling and trading is quite often undistinguishable. If you lay a price supposing it is going up, or you lay a Ox.5 because you feel a goal is coming up, both based on your assesment, it all comes up to finding value in the end. So, gambling or trading, I don't care, as long as the money keeps coming in ;)

Back to the topic, this guy is a legend in the portuguese trading comunity. I have to confess I thouhght he was some sort of a con when he first showed up, but now I'm convinced he's for real. He must have one of the sharpest minds finding value live in the whole world.
