Hi
At first sight, it seems that Betfair have taken the premium charge twice from my account this week...??
Anyone else had this problem??
(Will check into it more later)

Just spoken to BF. They are aware of the problem and are looking into it - some I think they should waive the charge for this week as compensation!!

Haha yes me too! 20 minutes apart they took 2 payments instead of one. Betfairs Xmas bonus perhaps!! :lol:

Time to complain.

Might be an idea if Betangel sent emails to everyone in case a lot of people are affected. If it wasn't for Peter saying I might not have noticed

Thank God for that! Thought it was bread and jam for Christmas and the little lad's bike was going back! ha ha! :D

Same thing here, it is possible that someone gets a negative balance and now can't trade? Well done betfair!
