Synchronise with market displayed in Bet Angel charts option

The option still has only a choice of ladder 1, 2 or 3.

Since the welcome introduction of the additional ladders capability it would make sense for this to have the option for ladders 4-10 (or maybe ladders 4-6 if there isn't enough space).

I trade the horses with 4 ladders and am forever having to update my 4th chart manually (or forgetting most of the time).
