Just had all my ir bets on the 12.40 voided. Thought that market operated fine bar the potential issue at the end where it was a photo and they didnt suspend and then reopen.
Anyone know why these were voided?

Andy, all my IR bets on 1240 were honoured. As was a lay on winner in 1250 after the false start, before the suspension. Shouldn't have voided some but not others, surely?

If you won money the bets are void, If you lose money your bets stand. If is users money betfair won`t void all the bets for tecnical issues, if it`s betfair money all the bets are void for tecnical issues.
Jokes apart you better off writing them. They are faster then ever to respond e-mails in the last 3-4 days.

I was just trying to check some prices via the Betfair website ~13:00 and it was very slow. I wondered if anyone else had experienced problems?

Mmmm, not sure what to make of it. I did a quick trade at Kempton and it was fine on Bet Angel but when I went to check some other prices the website was very sticky.
