Last year two meetings on a Monday happened now and again, but the fixture list this winter has two cards right through to the start of the flat turf season. Yuck!

Looks like I will be having more days off this year, or more time to work on new strategies.

i find it hard getting a decent "rhythm" going with 2 cards. i dont like mondays or tuesdays, so no great loss for me as days these i rarely do mondays. cant be asked with just 2 cards.

i agree that they are dull but i find that the price action hots up quicker on 2 card days and so i generally get involved a bit earlier than i would do on a 3+ day (which has made them as profitable as 3 card days so can't complain).

The volume takes so long to arrive I just can't put through enough money on them unfortunately. I find it much tougher. I like fast and furious markets.

We have some additional support in the form of Gowran Park and Meydan, that should help. My best result so far has come from Ireland!

Yeah the extra meetings have made it like a 'normal' day but the number of 2 race meeting days in the uk must be well up this year.

Found it pretty poor today tbh.

Guessing it happened because of a non runner and they brought in a reserve horse?

Not sure if the help desk calls are recorded, the bet placement ones will be though. So there is a chance the call was never recorded if you called the help desk though that is just me guessing.

I always record such calls myself tbh with whoever I am dealing with be it banks, betfair or anyone else where a record of the call is useful. Not that this is much use to you here but may help you in the future.

I would be surprised if you will get anything other than a goodwill payment out of this case though tbh.
