Surely they can not stand as it was given no chance to run. This is going to be an interesting one.

As the jockey was off it was always going to be a non runner.

Trouble is the rule is so poorly applied it's difficult to be certain at times.

I can't think of a case since the new rules where a jockey has not been onboard and classed as a runner in the UK?
