I am not at all familiar with bots, but it seems to me that on some markets there are bets placed automatically, based on what a scoreboard is showing.
TIA
Can a BA bot be linked to a scoreboard?
Betfair will not allow us to plug into their score feeds unfortunately, but you can derive the score from the current sets of odds. There was a useful spreadsheet a user posted up here recently, but I can't seem to find it at the moment. It worked out the correct score using the odds available on the correct score market.
Depends how you want to do it...
It's possible to tell (in general) what the current score in a football match is (or is not) by looking at the odds..but you could also look to "screen scrape" off another web site to gather exact or other data...
The second option is much more complicated and you would would need good programming skills or perhaps contract someone off a site such as Rentacoder

Thanks for the answers. I was trying to be brief and I forgot to mention that I was referring to a tennis scoreboard, where things are more complicated than in soccer.
For example a bet is placed when the scoreboard shows 30-15 and then canceled if the scoreboard shows 30-30, and another bet is placed instead. This kind of thing.
A scoreboard would look like this, or something similar
