ba crashed on me today. cant remember that ever happening before (at least with me).
happend about 50 sec's after the offical off tow 3:20.
no damage done(usually out at offical off or very close).
close "error report" and ba shut down. restarted all ok (for the last 3 races). any idea what the problem was/is, and whats the odds of it recurring again?
please attached jpg of error report.
ba crash
alipali.
i did not report to ba support in the end. shortly after the second crash (ba), the whole pc went tits up and froze. i had some idea what it was likely to be, so i got someone who knows about one particular programme (he wrote it), and this thing was causing conflicts (whatever they are) all over the place. all sorted now. i thought it was unusual ba crashing, as i have never had it before (you dont really haer of it either), but years ago i remember ba conflicting with this other thing thats on my pc.
perhaps i should report it to support but i am now certain that the problem lied else where.
regards tony

Any chance of letting us know what the program was as BA crashes about once or twice a day for me on my PC and I haven't been able to work out what is causing it.
andy,
its something called css, which in essence is data base used by a large comms company, has their routing info on it. an app that uses info from it, is the prob (or so i am lead to believe). its something i use in the real world, as no bearing on trading etc, so not of any relevance to most people i would have thought (im an electrical engineer in real life).
