11th hour deal has appeared! I managed to lay at short odds, so will trade out.

Beautiful swing, unfortunately didn't get involved

Yep, here we go again....
Not sure how they can invoke a 10 point deduction if/when we do go into administration (apparently enough cash in the short term, whatever short term means). If an owner/company passes the fit and proper test then its an indictment of the leagues own failings if the club then fails later, and not a long time later either in this case.
Ah well, should give the 18th a bit of an extra edge, not that it needed it

Meant to say, love the picture the Echo always uses of Fratton Park with a view across the waste ground/car park and the person in the mobility scooter, possibly the most unflattering picture they can use.
Even the papers cant resist their digs at the other cities/teams.

I did laugh when I saw that!Talkbet wrote:Meant to say, love the picture the Echo always uses of Fratton Park with a view across the waste ground/car park and the person in the mobility scooter, possibly the most unflattering picture they can use.

There are ten points clear of the relegation zone at the moment.

I notice in your link, it claims that 30% of Championship clubs are spending over 100% of their turnover in wages
Pure and simple, that is terrible mismanagement. With the money that comes into the game, there's no excuse at all for such recklessness. Unfortunately, nothing will change until the governing bodies start investigating club finances more forcefully
