A weird Problem

When i open BA up in practice mode today the prices operate fine movement of 200ms. When you open up in the same connection mode 0 the prices drag, is this a BF API problem or my broadband, i checked it its given 30kb as stated :?:

If you are logging in, via the same connection mode then there should be no difference.
