Automation PC on Sleep mode

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Hya
If your PC go,s into sleep mode, i take it automation doesnt work. I know i wasnt keen on it but after looking at Peters video,s i created and loaded a fe2w good football strategies, as soon as i got in this evening i moved the mouse the pc woke up but no bets had fired in the market, after 2 mins they all strted firing, lucky it was in practice mode testing another strategy

I fire all my automation from a VPS, I think most do.

What is VPS Where do you obtain it ??

A VPS is a 'Virtual Private Server' and allows you to run Bet Angel remotely on an independent machine from your home computer. You can even access it from your smartphone anywhere in the world...

Or you can change the settings on your PC so that it does not go in to sleep mode, change the screensaver and power mode settings.
