Automation Scalping inrunning

Hello, Im new to Bet Angel, Ive been trying to trigger automations and had success once and since then I havent been able to trigger none, I have watched the videos and there is only info on how to set up automations which I have followed but no info on troubleshooting if the automation doesnt trigger,
Help would be much appreciated,

Most of the video examples were very simple, so if you had it working but can't now you must have changed something.

Just start with a basic back or lay, check it's working then add another command and so on till the rule is complete. Checking at each stage.

Hello mate, Thanks for quick reply, its baffling me, as I said I had it working scalping pre race, basically what peter demonstrates in the video, but couldnt trigger it since then, ive tryed different rules since with no joy, I will try from basics again and fingers crossed as its very frustrating, when putting alot of time to get it right,

There are only two rules in that rules file, place a bet then green up. Try the place a bet rule first and exit manually to test that this is working and when you confirm it is, add the green up rule.

Hello mate, Just thought I would let you know how ive been getting on, got automations to trigger up until I tryed to enter conditions in play and unmatched bets,I am trying to leave unmatched in play but they are cancelled when in play kicks in,
Any suggestions

Unless you mark bets as keep bets they will not go inplay. Betfair will cancel them at the off. You need use the keep bet condition to carry them over to inplay. Don't know what you are doing but you need to think carefully about different types of bets and what you carry inplay. All conditions are scrubbed from unmatched bets at the off.
