The horse went on to win but I never had the bet matched??What is Bet Manipulation??

I decided to play on a few races today and after a couple of successful trades I decided to play a horse in running that I felt was running well. The bet didn't appear and I received this message

Have you asked Betfair?
If placed via the API perhaps worth asking BDP directly what that error code means.
Please let us know the outcome as I have never heard of that and it sounds interesting.
