I tried to send this query to Support but I just keep getting thrown out with the two word code at the end. So here goes hoping someone can help.
Recently I had to have a new PC and my old hard disk has become my secondary disk. I downloaded the latest Beta version of BetAngel Pro and it works fine except it does not remember any of my preferences and saved screen layout. There is no list in the load settings box or the load screen layout box. Does anyone know how or where these are stored so that I can use Betangel in the way I have set it up over several years?
Hope someone can help me save a lot of time.

You may have an issue trying to do this, the folders in question aren't visible! By default on Windows 7 the folder "AppData" for example is hidden. I know many people who have gone
trying to locate it only to find it doesn't show. It's fairly easy to change this setting....here goes!
1. Hold down the Windows Key + E (or right click the Start and click "Open Windows Explorer")
2. Navigate to the OS drive usually C:\ I generally double click this to open it.
3. Click on organize and you'll get a drop down menu
4. Click on "Folder and Search Options"
5. Click the "View" tab
6. Click on "Show hidden files, folders and drives"
TADA!! You should now be able to use the link provided by Boing and the folder you want will be visible.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with this code. We know it presents a challenge - that is the idea behind it. Without this, the support inbox is flooded with hundreds of spam emails.Seabird wrote:I tried to send this query to Support but I just keep getting thrown out with the two word code at the end.
You can refresh the image and see another one if you cannot make head nor tail of the one presented. You can even ask it to read out the words for you.
But each time I hear of it not working I nip in and test it. And to date it has never failed for anyone here.
However, I see your question was answered. Thanks to the knowledge base and JG.
Many thanks Boing, JollyGreen and Admin.
