Just got off the phone to them, for the last couple hours i been checking the exposures on my account to see whats happening with it as have many others....
for the last 2 hours and 15 minutes it has said around 30 quid red
market is suspended and all of sudden my account shows 181 exposure
after phoning them they tell me that 150 quids worth of lay bets were not matched at all and i left it like that?!?!
are they having a laugh? how has my balance said different for last couple hours?!!?!
and i know it to be wrong, so anyway they left the market open with 180 quid to hedge up and not a bet in sight.... their gonna call me back but im not holding my breath

If you didn't get screen grabs (always do it immediately when you are left in trouble) have a look through your bet history at the voided and lapsed and matched bets for the race. All your bets will show up in there with time stamps etc.

I am hearing they didn't cancel all the ir bets when they first reopened it - sounds like a Betfair cock up all round.

SP bets have been voided I have heard from a fellow trader - who had a bet set to take SP and as there is no SP now just a projected one I can't see how they still have your position as an SP bet.
Peter - was your SP order matched? Or did it remain unmatched?
Chuck - record your calls with them as well but make sure you tell them that before you start the conversation properly.

Peter, means his Keep SP bets have now been changed into 'pure' BSP bets , Andy. The 'keep' SP lays always get put into the BSP pot if there's a non runner reduction factor. Some of mine are now SP bets but haven't much exposure on the race to worry about it luckily.
I guess as they declared a BSP the bets were matched in the reconciliation, they can't be bothered to roll back and have just left them in the BSP pool.
