Hi Guys, I was hoping someone slightly more technically aware than me could offer some help on a problem I seem to be having with my Betangel display. Basically I just got this new quad core computer with two 23" widescreen monitors . However when I undock the charting section of betangel it seems to slow down the whole system. The chart doesent display properly and the ladder interface starts to stall. Also on occasions the betfair graphs just go completely white and disappear.
As you can imagine this is pretty frustrating. Does anyone know what the likely cause of this would be? Do I need a more powerfuk graphic card or is it my computer which cant handle all that information on screen? Or could it be my internet connection. Thanks in advance:)

Cheers Ben, its set on 200 milliseconds so I presume that the setup should be able to handle that and display all the data I need without much trouble...

I had the same problem but it is better now after upgrading my video card drivers. Still not as good as I would like it though. Glad to know I am not the only one having troubles here because you don't hear much about it 
Since you have a new computer, you most likely will have the most recent video card drivers.....
Try to find out wich video card you have, then go to the manufacturers website and see if they have newer drivers available.
