Group B bets

Further to the spot of the 'Sportsbook' bets in the account history area. I experienced a really weird issue today on the US Masters market.

In the new 'beta' website my unmatched bets were not appearing at all. But in the old website there were. I search my account history and the unmatched bets had the description: -

"Group B/ US Masters 2012 / Winner"

Betfair doesnt really answer your concern. In my experience when someone says 'I believe' it means they dont know. But I suppose they want you to trust them... :lol: Why are they so vague?
