How many horses fall when that far clear with one to go? If less than 1 in 100 then 1.01 is great value.

It isn't EVERY time they go 1.01 with a hurdle to go. Maybe 1 in 7 or 8.
So the stats are not clear cut. My experience with this and my bank balance show it's a good strategy and a great value lay.

There are some idiots trackside today so I would be cautious with in running prices. That was unfortunate as he lunged at the last and was always going to tip up when that happened

In the race with Top Benefit they went to 1.50 in running which is crazy. That horse was always going to be outpaced in the home straight. He is an out and out stayer who simply jumps and stays but around a tight track like Kempton he was always going to be vulnerable if connections chose to run him over an inadequate 2m4f110y

How can you guys call morons or idiots people that for their mistakes are paying you holidays or just a beer?
I never understood that to be honest.

Kind of understand Enzabella, on one particular occasion I was somewhat disgusted someone took my money. After it hit my wallet my conscience was left behind though!

In all seriousness we only really make money from other people's mistakes. I just hope they enjoy the 'fun' of gambling, though it doesn't look like much fun to me.

Occassionally for a split second I feel a bit sorry for those people wasting their money gambling. Then again on a peer to peer platform where one of us is going to be losing then if it's a choice between them or me then it aint gonna be me :D

Well done mugsgame. I had one at the other end of the spectrum tonight. Managed to get the first race backed for a few quid at around 500. I was playing the idiot as it didnt go on to win but it just felt that its odds shot to high to quick. I managed to green it around 4.4 so although it wont pay for a holiday it will defo pay for a few beers at the weekend.

Btw, where do you guys go for summer?

Going to the beach and doing nothing is really important to me, so I'll be at Algarve and Gran Canária this summer. I tend to do a lot of breaks during the rest of the year, but with a cultural focus instead.

it was not me backing the 1,01 but if i did make money out of it and I knew who made my day I would not call him an idiot for sure.

Luckily I am from here so I don't really need to look elsewhere and I can still trade on my June to august holiday...LOL
