Did anyone see the final throes of this market? The favourite Backstreet Billy was trading fairly steady around 3.45 and I had caught a nice profit. I was very lucky because my back order was filled and ~£13K hit the market taking out the money at 3.45 and the price sank very quickly and then ~£45K hit the market at 3.00 and just sat there!
What on earth were these people doing in a crappy 0-105 handicap at Southwell? This horse won last time after numerous failures and it was definitely the bottomless ground that saw the horse win.
I grabbed a quick screenshot but nearly missed it because I wanted to get out before the numpty withdrew the money!

the strange thing was there was 25k left unmatched at the off and as far as I could tell it wasn't taken as sp and didn't appear after the market was turned inplay. It could have come in later on of course as I moved on after about 10 seconds of it being in play.
If you are going to throw huge stakes like that into the market why put 40k in and not bother about the last 25k getting matched??
