Money waiting to be matched

I have a couple of stratgies where i would like to lay around 1.02/1.03 before market goes off and then arb.

Could anyone tell how i can get near the front of the queue? Do people use a bot etc as I see there is always 10000+ waiting to be matched a 1.01.
