HEAVY CONDITIONS,short price favs ,newbie fodder...

Afternoon guys!

With soft going countrywide ,and rain allover there does seem to be a lot of short priced favs,trading 2/1 or less in the cards today*(12 or more).Ill be getting stuck into most of them (cant do alot of damage)having said that i have a gutt feeling the money that keeps coming for TEACHER may tell a story!im expecting him to go close.

Good luck. But if you put into a database the performance of short priced horses that run on heavy ground - you'll likely find that this has already been build into most of the prices and you wont get the value you might expect

Agree totally,if there is value it has to be on one side or the other.1 WIN ,1 LOSE so far..

OK,sorry not clear .Dont like KAP WEST on ground,BORDER LAD could give it alot to think about.EX 14.50.

Think TEACHER will go short,Highclere dont have many hcp horses.Could be value with the ground..

One thing for sure, the trading markets are very weak today, very weak.

teacher i laid ,simply because favs who have never won .how often do they win i wonder ?i dont have stats but i really think its worth looking into.

No black stuff for me with the teacher Marc ,was 3.15 @ 8am and went 1.6 in run! Dont know how it went that low

Space station will like the ground,7.4 big price if the fav flounders on ground

Markets are very erractic today. I'm flip flopping from big win to big loss. Very little stability in the markets and very difficult to get any resonably decent order filled.

Gave it a bash but found it rubbish today, plenty of better chances later in the week so will save my time and effort for them.

I agree with erratic - looks like I might end up on about an average day overall however the volatility of my wins and losses are very high - could go either way.
