Guardian inactive until I click on match!

Hi guys im having a small problem that I assume is easy to fix - when I have several tennis match odds markets operating in guardian it seems that some of these markets are inactive until I click on them and view log or unmatched bets etc. As soon as I click on this match a bet is matched (back or offset) and the price is usually inconsistent with the current price (eg. offset at $1.2 when the current odds showing for lay are #1.25...). I am worried that I am missing out on bets being matched in between the times I click on the match in guardian

It sounds like you don't have the refresh interval set correctly or you have 'restrict refresh' switched on.

Definitely don't have restrict refresh but I haven't looked at refresh interval - what should it be set to? Thanks for reply once again Euler

As fast as possibly without slowing up the rest of the application. You may want to set it at one second for testing.

Well refresh interval is one second so it's not that either. It feels like bets are matched but guardian doesn't register this til I double click on the match and it comes up in the main window meaning that new bets are not triggered until I do this...??????????????

The automation buffers instructions till it can see the odds to trigger against. So I suspect that your cycle time is too long or your trigger instruction set incorrectly. When you switch to a market it is backtracking to apply the condition to the odds.

It's really difficult to tell from the information given so far exactly what is happening. But it probably is what I have detailed.

Try isolating your error by limiting the number of matches to a few and see if the same problem occurs. If it does then it's an error with the rule.

Ok thanks for your input - how do I change the cycle time to fix this if that is the problem? I assume it relates to the box at the top left of main bet angel screen the says 'refresh every xxx'. I notice that a match that I double click in guardian is active in the main window therefore updates every second or 500 ms etc depending on which is selected, whereas all the others cycle through and refresh at that rate but taking it in turns. What is the shortest time i can select without incurring extra charges?

If the problem relates to a rule what could it be? The rule operating during the log posted earlier is simply place back bet, trigger 100 times, wait 1 second before rearming, offset with greening, place fill or kill 1000 seconds delay, offset batches 1, unmatched bets on selection = 0, time since last unmatched bet >180 seconds

Does it have something to do with 'unmatched bet time condition >180 secs'?

This is really frustrating - i just noticed that when i select a rule from drop down box some matches place the first back bet immediately, some take about a minute to activate...?

The cycle time is critical when looking at many many markets, so that is a key issue. However we have had somebody come forward in support with an issue on big numbers of Greyhound markets so we are looking at that at the moment and seeing if that allows us to replicate what you are seeing. If you can send detailed information to support, we can try and repliate yours as well.

I just registered here on the forum because I have a similar problem like that of benlance2. I always have the feeling that Guardian isn't working properly. I just experienced that Guardian won't green up 9 seconds before the race when I leave it alone but as soon as I am monitoring the race myself in BetAngel it will green up excactly as I told it to do. Seems kind of strange, doesn't it?
