so glad that it looks like ManUre won't win the title (sorry Jeff). they are not a particularly good side atm and would have won it by default if Man City hadn't at last shown some resolve. poor league this year.
Do you think City are a good lay at those odds? Given the psychological dynamics involved, I'm not sure it's the foregone conclusion that those odds suggest...Euler wrote:Man City 1.14 to win against QPR, Man Utd 1.50 to win against Sunderland.

I realise you are looking at this through United spectacles, but I tend to agree. City are bound to be edgy, and with QPR needing a draw for survival they will keep it tight. The longer the game stays 0-0 the more nervous City will get, the crowd will get anxious, and if United are winning at Sunderland they could start panicking
I don't think this is a dead cert at all

I was going to compile one but the BBC have done a good summary of all the possible permutations possible today: -

I'm really surprised at the massive amount of money on Stoke today, a large price movement
They have been poor of late, especially at QPR last week and have nothing to play for. Bolton have everything to play for, and as Wigan showed last year, going to Stoke on the final day is nothing to fear
Any ideas why?
I'm totally baffled!
