Currently due to living in a listed building i cant currently have Sky satellite feed for the racing channels, so i thought for the period im here i'll make do with the BF live video Feed... its as fast as RUK and faster than ATR the majority of the time, anyhow over the last month again and again and again i fire up the live video and get to watch a black screen and no sound or it works and convieniently it cuts to a black screen while the runners are loading ( and you have a whooping trade in ).
i've contacted betfair numerous times about this and ever time 'were very sorry but our engineers act on it as soon as they know' i have quizzed them many times like other outages why can they not update the service page when their is known to be such problems to tell the cumstomers using their exchange particularly for those betting on price movements prior to the event?!
They say 'were very sorry but we usually do' - Utter BS as we all know, im sure they don't do it as they dont want to loose face publically or something... its really grating on me lately and their catch phrase shouldnt be 'better value ..' whatever it is... should be more like 'were very sorry but..'
Anyway, has anyone else contacted them with such problems?!
Recently it cost me a bit in one particular instance as i was almost filled on my exit... my fault i know but frustrating, so i have now subscribed to RUK online so i do not have these issues.... great so now i can watch their BUT their charging £15 a month and ITS 3 SECONDS SLOWER THAN BF... the picture is the same size and if you make it bigger it goes really blury... seriously are these two companies having me on???
