Downloading for technophobes

Hi guys.
I'm pretty sure the answer is yes but I'm doublechecking.
If I download BA to my PC and I then buy a laptop for trading backup, can I download BA from my PC to my new laptop?
And if I can, how would I do it?
All answers in very simple small words please. (Idiotspeak)

You can download and install on more than one computer as we license by username.
