Add Number of matched Bets condition to Guardian Automation

Guardian Automation rule condition.

It seems curious that there is a number of unmatched bets condition available, but you can't check the number of matched bets.

Yes, I know that you might put one bet on and it might be matched multiple times, but sometimes you might only want to do something if you have money matched in the market and this could be done by checking to see that the number of matched bets is not zero.

It might not be useful for everyone, but it strikes me as a very simple modification unless there is some limit on the number of conditions available.

Hear Hear!. Have also been puzzled why this doesn't exist. Under 'Conditions' place a bet to fire when there's already 'x' number of matched bets anywhere in the market would be hugely beneficial
