Now unsuspended.

UK call center unblocked. Then they noticed they had tried to contact me during the week. They asked me if I had requested my account to be suspended. Answer no.

There was a voicemail on my home line (unused) on Wednesday asking me to ring them urgently (Australian accent). I don't bet during the week.

Yes, I bet on NSW races, but they did not ask me about that.

Thanks Euler have now read the other two threads.

Interesting on both accounts.

1. I had a massive loss last week (which fitted one post).

2. I bet on NSW races.

Probably when Australia comes back in tomorrow I will find myself again banned again until I relent on NSW racing.

In any case, I've been set free by the UK call center.

If you trade on NSW racing you are asking to be banned.

I haven't heard of any non Aus/NZ customers being banned as yet, but lots of Aus ones have

I will make an effort to check in to volumes on NSW races over the coming weeks. On most australian races I account for anywhere from 0.5% up to 2% of matched volume per race. If they take out 20 others like me then that's got to have a serious impact. On the other hand I guess they've done their sums and my commission was less than what they pay on turnover fees to Racing NSW.
