Do Betfair and Betdaq perform `the same` ?

Hi , if we suspend our knowledge for a moment that both of these options are available to us and assuming the users of each did not know the other even existed and acted totally independently , would they perform the same ` within reason` ie if the price of a selection was say 3.00 on one exchange 2 minutes to the off , them drifted to 3.25 , would the same thing be happening on the other exchange at more or less the same time.I know it`s a bit of an odd question but i`m curious to find out if the overall market is determining the real prices or the manipulators and how they react to the on course prices?
