Hi guys.
Have just purchased BA on a months trial, for the dutching more then anything else.
Anyway. Was playing around on the Portugal game last night in practice mode.
I backed some scores early on and then when it went 1-2 I backed some more scores so every score was covered, just out of curiosity.
When I did that all my profits and liabilities went to a green 0 which I presume is a scratch trade.
Is this some sort of safeguard Betfair has against people covering all scores and "buying money"?
Also, the profits quoted, are they net of Betfair commision?
Many thanks
Dave

Hi
I think from what you said that you backed all the scores and covered to much of the book.check out this video ,also have a look on you tube for more videos from betangel tv ref. dutching, also if you go to soccerstats.com and click on your country of choice and click on trends you will see the most common scores for that country and league, this will steer you in the right direction ,good luck ,

Thanks for the reply Marc.
I've already watched a few dutching videos, that one did'nt really tell me anything new.
I understand what you say about covering too much of the book. That is probably what happened. So obviously you could not cover every score even if you wanted to.
What I am looking for is a way to take a couple of quid from every game. (I suppose everybody is). With not a lot of risk and dutching seems to offer some opportunities.
Are the green profits including Betfair deductions, do you happen to know?
Best wishes mate

Hi Greety
if you watch a couple of markets, just watch, you will see how the odds move from 0-10 mins in play, for example 2-2 will begin to drift and the odds will be bigger than before the off so if a part of your dutching bet is kept in play it will fill at bigger odds ,thus increasing the presentage of your book,
now i cant do any more for you unless i make a video and send it to you which is not going to happen ,
so study the markets ,there is no quick easy way,but i have given you enough pointers to make your fiew quid, the markets will always take there tuitation fee,

Dave,
The profits are GROSS, you need to apply your commission (we all have different rates).
