Bet Angel Timer

Hi,

I'm a newbie to BA and I appear to be having some trouble with the countdown timer. It's constantly set to "<-1 day" and doesn't kick in on the approach to a race. Have lost some of my pot getting caught up in the trading rather than watching the clock.

Any ideas?

Also, are there any swing strategies out there people are willing to share/direct me to?

Is your clock on your computer set correctly including the day?

I think it takes it's time from your PC clock so I would guess that is wrong.

I had the same problem when I installed XP, the timezone was not set to UTC or GMT (or standard UK time). After I changed it and restarted Bet Angel it was resolved.

you should also have a look at time zone from your profile in betfair account and adjust it if needed.

Now just need to nail a swing strategy but I'm guessing that comes with time & exp.
