Rednapp's payoff at Spurs will be £3m, which, after tax, works out at around £3m.

i don't know how they keep motivated when going to smaller clubs, but it seems very few managers want to give it up. look at Neil Warnock, always threatening to retire but always in a new job within a week.

Martin O'Neil left Villa and ended up at Sunderland - i know Villa have problems but i don't think it was a great career move.
