Looking forward to this one. I've taken four days of work so hoping to make most of it. I'm off to Ascot on Friday so won't be trading on that day but may leave on automation and see how that goes.

Just spent 10 minutes in the queue waiting for my closing bet to get matched on Frankel, as soon as it starts getting matched the race is about to start so I have to scratch

Switch to Betdaq on a race like that. I managed a bit on Betfair but a decent result on Betdaq the queues are much smaller.

Frankel wins by 11 lengths, amazing stuff in a group 1 race.

Betfair markets are horribly manipulated today.

Yes, normally I would but from the way it was looking it felt to me like it would more likely have gone against me on the SP than gone in my favour.

I'll have to sort something out so I can get on betdaq on these big meetings as well as BF, I've only got about £20 in there at the moment which wont go too far

Been a pretty sweet day for me after that so can't complain at all :D

aren't they always?!

yesterday was a very lively day... i think some big hitters were getting a bit of practice in.

we could do with another meeting today, too much time between races.

After having a few weeks away from the markets recently when I came back I felt the manipulation had stepped up a gear from before my break.

It seems to me that almost every race is being manipulated at the front of the market. The prices, although moving about a bit at times, are being held in a tight band of just a few ticks.

The charts show lots of periods where the price is just flat.

I don't really like the first day for that very reason. Good chance to practice though.
